By accessing or using RBH, browsing products, or placing an order through our app/website or WhatsApp, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Raja Boot House (RBH) is a footwear store located at Tingray Road, Dharni, Maharashtra.
Our app/website allows customers to browse footwear products, check product details, view prices and offers, and contact/order through WhatsApp.
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product images, names, colours, sizes, prices, offers and availability.
However, actual product colour may appear slightly different depending on the customer's device screen, lighting or photography.
Product availability can change without notice because stock is limited.
All prices and offers displayed on RBH may change from time to time.
The applicable price will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.
Any shipping/delivery charges, where applicable, will be communicated before the order is confirmed.
RBH reserves the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors before an order is confirmed.
RBH currently uses WhatsApp-assisted ordering.
To place an order:
An order is considered confirmed only after RBH confirms the product, availability, price and other applicable details.
Sending a WhatsApp message or adding a product to the bag does not by itself guarantee an order.
All products are subject to availability.
If a selected product or size becomes unavailable before confirmation, RBH may inform the customer and suggest an available alternative where possible.
Payment instructions will be provided by RBH during the order confirmation process.
RBH currently does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD), unless specifically communicated by RBH for a particular order or offer.
Customers should make payment only through the payment method or account details officially provided by RBH.
Delivery availability depends on the customer's location and the delivery service available for that area.
Shipping/delivery charges, where applicable, will be communicated before order confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier/service availability, weather, holidays, operational delays or other circumstances beyond RBH's reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing correct name, mobile number, address, PIN code and other delivery information.
RBH generally does not provide returns or exchanges for products after a confirmed sale, except where required by applicable law or where RBH specifically agrees to a return, exchange or refund.
If a product is received damaged, defective, materially different from the product ordered, or there is another issue with the order, the customer should contact RBH as soon as reasonably possible with the order details and supporting photographs/videos where applicable.
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any rights available to consumers under applicable law.
Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation may not always be possible, particularly after dispatch or processing has started.
Customers should contact RBH as soon as possible if they wish to request cancellation.
Any refund, where applicable, will be handled according to the circumstances of the order and applicable law.
Customers must provide accurate information while ordering.
RBH is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information, including incorrect address, PIN code or contact details.
Customers should check product size and other relevant details before confirming an order.
By contacting RBH through WhatsApp for an order or enquiry, the customer understands that order-related communication may take place through WhatsApp.
Customers should not share passwords, OTPs, card PINs or other confidential banking credentials with RBH or any person claiming to represent RBH.
RBH may update product information, images, prices, offers, categories, availability or other content from time to time.
We may also temporarily suspend or modify parts of the app/website for maintenance, technical updates or other operational reasons.
The RBH name, logo, branding, graphics, photographs, text and other original content displayed on the app/website belong to Raja Boot House or are used with appropriate permission.
Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified or commercially used without permission.
RBH may use third-party services such as WhatsApp, payment services, courier/delivery services, hosting providers or other technology services.
Use of such third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
RBH may collect and process information necessary to provide services, communicate with customers, process orders and improve the app/website.

RBH will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in accordance with applicable law.
RBH will make reasonable efforts to keep the app/website accurate and available, but temporary technical problems, internet/network issues, third-party service interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
